We are pleased to announce the strategic appointment of Uday Jose as Chief Revenue Officer for Enate.

Uday is a leader with true entrepreneurial flair and an excellent track record of driving growth at Enate. He’s served as Managing Director APAC previously, and will take on the CRO role to help scale Enate’s revenue growth globally.

Commenting on the appointment, Enate’s CEO, James Hall said

“We’re laser-focused on driving revenue at Enate, and that requires consistent global alignment. We’ve found a repeatable business model that really works to bring customers onboard, so appointing a global, board-level CRO to execute on this process and manage our go-to-market strategies is key.”
“Uday has already built a successful revenue team in the APAC region and has onboarded some of our most notable customers. He has a deep understanding of Enate’s unique value proposition and many years of channel-specific expertise, so he’s the ideal person to lead on our growth expansion roadmap.”

Prior to joining Enate in 2010, Uday worked for businesses like Oracle and HCL-Perot, and then ran his own business in London in multiple areas including software services and an online community goods marketplace. Uday started his Enate journey running Enate’s operations, but quickly progressed to heading up the Asia Pacific region as Managing Director.

Uday was instrumental in building Enate’s Asia Pacific footprint from scratch, from registering the company in India to building a 65-employee strong team. From recruiting and training employees to forging strategic partner alliances for market development and revenue creation, Uday has worn many hats during his time with Enate, always bringing business acumen and dynamism to the role.

Commenting on his time at Enate, Uday says:

“At Enate, you’re given the freedom and autonomy to make big ideas happen. I’m ambitious about the potential of the company and the unique solution we offer. We’ve already built a successful, repeatable model in the Asia Pacific region, and I’m excited to mirror this across Europe and the US through partner-led growth.”

With regards to the new Chief Revenue Officer appointment, Uday said:

“In my new position as Chief Revenue Officer, my role is to primarily define our GTM strategy, create propositions to drive revenue and build a channel-led partner ecosystem to scale it. Enate has been on a product-engineering journey for the last few years which now enables us to focus much more on global revenue growth.”

Uday will work with Enate’s Head of Alliances for EU, Joe Deeley (previously Appian) and Atish Aziz, Head of Alliances for APAC to drive revenue through channel-specific partner programs and tech alliances primarily through global GSIs.

Enate raised £2M in its 2022 funding round with Mercia and appointed James Hall, previously the founder and CEO of Genfour. The business is now doubling down on partner-led growth, with Randstad and Co-Forge among its latest alliances.
