Onwards and Upwards was the theme of our recent European workshop, which saw the ceremonial passing of batons where Peter Williamson, our Executive Chairman, handed over to James Hall, our new CEO.
Peter is staying on as Chairman, with James moving from his non-exec role with Enate to our active CEO. This is going to provide Enate with an exciting time ahead where we can all benefit from James’ wealth of experience in the sector, along with his long-term relationship with Enate, which will further strengthen our growth journey.
James is passionate about combining the best people, process and emerging technology to deliver profound transformation and improved customer experiences. His career has focused on developing consulting and outsourcing solutions for large global organisations, working for firms including Accenture and IBM.
Prior to his role at Emergence, an advanced technology provider, James founded Genfour, a leading boutique automation services company. Genfour developed the first UiPath robot and pioneered the robotic delivery center, offering fully managed services. Genfour were also Enate’s first GTM partner to deliver Process Orchestration, with clients including Utmost Link. Genfour was sold to Accenture in 2017.
James holds a Masters in Engineering from Imperial College, London in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from London Business School.
This also brings the obvious question to Kit Cox our founder and previous CEO. Kit is moving into the new role of CTO, which is an ideal area of the business for his focus and experience.
This is an exciting evolution for Enate with dynamic leaders in place. We have a team that is passionate about serving our customers and providing them with the best experience to enable them to get valuable insights from their operations, through safe citizen developed workflow orchestration.
